From Texas Hold'em to Omaha Hi-Lo, m98vip delivers an exciting, fair, and rewarding online poker experience for Malaysian players of all skill levels.
If you've played poker on other platforms and been left disappointed — whether by empty tables, system lag during peak hours, or doubts about game fairness — m98vip is the answer. Our poker platform is built specifically for Malaysian players who demand a smooth, fair, and secure experience every time they play.
Poker is more than just clicking buttons. It's a game of skill, strategy, and psychological insight. At m98vip, we understand this — which is why we offer a wide range of poker variants, from the ever-popular Texas Hold'em to Omaha and specialty table games, so every player can find the style that suits them best.
What sets m98vip apart from other platforms is its thriving player ecosystem. At any hour — morning, midnight, or on weekends — you'll find tables filled with real players from across Malaysia. No long waits, no bots. Just genuine players and real competition.
Our system uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure every card shuffle is completely random and fair. This means no party can manipulate the outcome — results depend entirely on your skill and luck.
For payments, m98vip supports all major local payment methods in Malaysia. You can deposit and withdraw using Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, or FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. All transactions are in MYR (RM) — fast processing with no hidden fees.
Whether you're a new player just learning the ropes or a seasoned veteran hunting for high-stakes tables, m98vip has something for everyone. Let's explore what Malaysia's premier poker platform has to offer.
A wide range of poker games for all levels — from beginners to seasoned veterans.
The world's most popular poker variant. Each player receives two hole cards and shares five community cards. Strategy, bluffing, and reading opponents are the keys to winning. Tables available from RM1 to RM10,000 stakes.
Most PopularMore challenging than Texas Hold'em — each player receives four hole cards and must use exactly two of them. The pot is split between the highest and lowest hands, making every round more strategic.
High StrategyA faster, more intense version of Texas Hold'em. Cards 2 through 5 are removed, leaving a 36-card deck. This means stronger hands come up more frequently, showdowns happen more often, and every round is packed with more action.
Fast & IntenseA special poker variant featuring an accumulating progressive jackpot. Every bet contributes a small amount to the main jackpot. Players who hit a Royal Flush or certain premium hands automatically qualify to win the big jackpot.
Progressive JackpotA short-format poker tournament that starts automatically once the required number of players have registered. Perfect for players who can't commit to long sessions — typically wrapping up in 30–60 minutes with direct cash prizes.
30–60 MinutesMulti-Table Tournament — a large-scale tournament format with hundreds of players competing simultaneously. Those who survive to the final table win significantly larger prizes. m98vip weekly tournaments offer prize pools of up to RM 100,000.
Big Prizes
Learn poker hand rankings from strongest to weakest. This is the essential foundation every player must know before sitting down at any table.
Poker isn't just luck. Consistent winners are those who understand core strategy and know when to be aggressive and when to fold.
Sitting in a late position — on the dealer button or cutoff — gives you a significant edge, as you get to see what other players do before you act. Use this to your advantage and make sharper, more informed decisions.
New players often fall into this trap — playing nearly every hand. The discipline to select only strong starting hands is the foundation of solid poker strategy. Patience pays off; wait for the right hand.
Effective bluffing isn't about constantly deceiving your opponents — it's about timing and reading the situation correctly. At lower stakes, most players will call anyway, so bluffing too often will only cost you.
Set a budget limit before you play and stick to it. Never sit at a table with stakes exceeding 5% of your total bankroll. This protects you from heavy losses in a single session.
Every player has their own style — some play tight, some loose, some aggressive. Pay close attention and you can exploit their weaknesses before they even realise it.
Choose a table that fits your budget and skill level. All tables are available 24/7.

Online poker in Malaysia has been growing rapidly, especially as more players discover that platforms like m98vip offer a far more flexible experience than physical casinos. You choose your table, set your stakes, and play whenever you want — all from your phone or laptop.
One of the key advantages of playing poker at m98vip over other platforms is the quality of our software and system reliability. Imagine you're in the middle of a big hand — the pot is sizable, you're holding a strong hand — and suddenly the platform lags or disconnects. That's every poker player's nightmare. At m98vip, we've invested in solid infrastructure so you never have to worry about technical issues like that.
For Malaysian players especially, seamless local payments are a priority for us. Many players have previously been frustrated by overseas platforms that don't support local payment methods — forcing them through complicated processes with high fees. At m98vip, you can deposit directly via Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, or any FPX method you already use for bills and online shopping. Simple, fast, and secure.
If you're new to poker, don't worry. m98vip offers a free practice mode where you can play for as long as you like with no risk of losing real money. It's the best way to learn the rules, understand hand rankings, and try out basic strategies before you're ready to play for real. Most new players who put in regular practice in this mode reach a comfortable playing level within just one to two weeks.
When you feel ready, start at a low-stakes table — the RM1/RM2 blind is a good entry point. Don't rush up to higher stakes before you're truly confident in your skills and strategy. Poker is a long game — consistency matters far more than the occasional big win.
M98vip also offers a wide range of poker tournaments suited to all skill levels. If you prefer a more structured and competitive format, Sit & Go tournaments are a great place to start. You know exactly what you're paying as a buy-in, how many players are competing, and what prizes are on offer — no surprises. This format is ideal for players looking to learn tournament dynamics without committing too much time.
For experienced players looking to compete for bigger prizes, the m98vip weekly MTT tournaments are where you want to be. With prize pools of up to RM100,000 and hundreds of participants every week, the competition is fierce — but the satisfaction of making it to the final table is priceless. Make sure to take advantage of the available bonuses and promotions to get more value out of every deposit at m98vip.
M98vip protects all player personal data with 256-bit SSL encryption. Your information — including account details and financial data — will never be shared with third parties without your consent. All activity on the platform is monitored to prevent fraud and keep your account secure.
